Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day but in some cases it may take up to 5 working days. All items will be sent out using Royal Mail unless specified otherwise.

Returns

We can only accept returns if the box is unopened, or in the unlikely event that the item is faulty. If you wish to make a return then please contact us beforehand by email del@ofahgames.com where we can discuss the issue before advising you of a return address. In all cases you will be responsible for the return postage costs, unless the issue is that Royal Mail (or our chosen courier) were responsible for the damage to the original item that was delivered.

Privacy

We do use basic Google Analytics cookies on this website to ensure you have a good user experience. We only use cookies to record your consent when given (so we do not keep prompting you with the cookie consent banner) and also to ensure that once you sign in you are logged in for the remainder of the session.

We do not share your information with any other third party and we will not relentlessly bombard you with pointless emails. We will on occasion send you updates via email to inform you of any changes to our terms and conditions (as is required by law) and we will also occasionally send you game updates (if necessary).

Should you choose to delete your account then we will completely remove all of your information from our system.
